Rotary airlock feeder is designed to reduce the flow of air into process equipment, the pressure inside of which differs from atmospheric pressure. The volume of air produced through the housing depends on the pressure difference (vacuum) inside the process equipment. The product can be installed at the outlet of bulk materials from pneumatic unloaders, filters, cyclones and other technological equipment. The product can also be used as a drum (cellular) feeder or a volumetric feeder for supplying powdery, granular, small-sized materials.
The Temperature during operation should be from -10 to + 40 o C. The environment should not contain aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that leads to the destruction of the materials used and insulation. The product is powered from a three-phase alternating current network with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz.
